The world class R&D Center is planned at Turbhe with modern laboratories & scale-up facilities, Office areas and Auditorium with modern facilities. A centralized chilled water plant is planned with variable secondary flow systems. A 1.5 MVA Electrical substation Is planned to provide power supply to the entire premises. The Premises houses Climate control labs (Winter, Monsoon & Summer) which are unique of its type to test their paint products. The total premises planned with Intelligent Building management systems beside utilities like HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & gases etc.

Situated at Nesco Campus, this building forms part of a larger development plan. Engineering service infrastructure has been designed to accommodate both multi-phase development of campus as well as individual building requirement to accommodate client demands. TCS intends to develop an IT campus in 97 acre land at Technocity, Pallippuram in Trivandrum. Total capacity of campus –20,000 seats. The project will get developed in multiple phases. The campus needs to meet IGBC Platinum Rated standards.
