A 2.3million sft. mall developed in the central suburb of Ghatkopar in Mumbai and as of now the largest operational mall in the city of Mumbai. To meet the air conditioning requirements a central chilled water plant of 5000TR is installed with variable flow secondary systems. Electrical substation of 15.5MVA is installed to meet the demand of the mall. State of the art fire fighting and fire alarm systems coupled with smoke extraction systems are installed to maintain the life safety requirements equivalent to international standards.

A 80000sft interior fitout for a first of its kind Edutainment center set up within India exclusively for kids is housed in R-City Mall . Kidzania required a miniature city to be provided with entire MEP facilities . Besides the city had to be fully air conditioned. The air conditioning systems selected were to be energy efficient thus Euro IE3 compliant permanent magnet motors were used which are more efficient than EFF1 motors currently available in India. Special importance was given to the MEP services to be child safe. Thus to maintain safety of children a state of the art Integrated BMS system was installed with seamless integration between the CCTV and Access Control System all over IP. The entire center is provided with smoke extraction system to facilitate easy evacuation in the event of fire. The electrical systems are backed up through UPS systems to prevent blackout of the entire center. To maintain the humidity levels water based heat pipes have been used which are safer than refrigerant based heat pipes.

It's a multiuse project coming up in Pune which has Hilton Hotel &Mall in the same complex.The mall is spread over an area of 3.5lac sft&Hotel has around 300keys.The hotel will be a 70m high building which will be one of its kind in city of Pune.The Building also comprises of more than 2.5 lac sft of basements. The building is designed with keeping in mind all the energy efficient methods.
